Charlie has a depth of experience cultivated from teaching the Alexander Technique for over 20 years.
His main practice is in Chagford, Devon where he gives individual lessons to people from all walks of life who find the Alexander Technique an invaluable self-help tool for improving their poise and movement in all they do and cultivating mindfulness in action.
Charlie has also applied Alexander’s principles to running and swimming and helps clients find ease and flow in these natural human movement patterns. He teaches individuals and groups at various locations on Dartmoor and in South Devon.
Charlie has also helped train the next generation of Alexander teachers at CCARE, the Alexander Technique teacher-training course in Totnes.
